He is a certified Business Coach, Organization Development specialist and NSPS trainer with more than 25 years domestic and international experience with government, business and individuals. He is certified in Enneagram, MBTI and DISC and also trained as a One Coach Business Coach.
He specializes in organization development (OD), coaching, instructional design, leadership and management development, core competencies, performance management, and training & facilitation programs.
