Ken Sergi is the Principal of Sergi Consulting & Coaching, who brings unique talents, education & diverse experiences to provide a broad range of client services.
As a Business Coach, Ken brings more than 25 years of diverse local and international experience that business, government, visionaries and individuals trust to help achieve amazing success. He has helped small to mid-size business, and has managed large scale organizational shifts for Fortune 500 companies, and government agencies.
He is currently one of the contract NSPS (National Security Personnel System) trainers for the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) to shift the civilian workforce into a pay-for-performance system. He was one of the Senior Team Leaders to head the implementation and training teams worldwide for the first military hospital medical automation system (”AQCESS” later called CHCS). He worked at the Department of Treasury, and at the Bureau of Census in 2000 as the Training Manager - Western Region on the largest mobilization of human resources in U.S. history to perform work flow analysis, core competencies design, training program design and implementation for employees, managers and executives.
The success he brings to business has been highlighted in magazines such as Information Week and Training Technology. He has received letters of recognition from the U.S. Secretary of Defense and business leaders. Some of his clients have included StarPoint IT Solutions, Itech Expert, Kerry Candles, Acucorp, Case Corporation, Cisco Systems.
Ken now specializes in helping small to mid-size businesses unlock their potential. His background in organization development and adult learning is enhanced by his training and certification as a professional certified coach. He is a certified Enneagram Business Trainer from Bogda & Associates and a graduate of New Ventures West. His business coaching, leadership and team programs are systemic to facilitate integral change and achieve long-term breakthrough results.
Ken’s approach can incorporate diagnostic assessments. Training and group seminars are customized to meet specific objectives.
